Social Change Awards celebrates the passionate individuals and effective organisations committed to making a positive impact on society.
This change can come about through the everyday actions of one individual, many people pulling together, a local company that cares about their wider community or the thoughtful investment of resources.
The awards are fun, informal and inclusive with winners announced at the yearly Social Change Awards Ceremony.
The winners in each of the 2012 Awards were announced at the Social Change Awards Ceremony which took place on Thursday 22 November 2012 at the Charity Centre in London. Each winner and runner-up received a unique piece of art by cartoonist Grizelda, depicting their organisation and its work.
