The rates given are for hire of rooms between 09.00 and 17.00 on weekdays and 09.30 and 17.00 on Saturdays.
We regret that we cannot offer reduced rates for half-days. Events that are proposed to continue later than 17.00 are subject to prior agreement and quotation by the Charity Centre.
Rate description
Our pricing policy and hire rates are as follows:
Rate A is a low rate for small charities with a total income of less than £100,000 a year.
Rate B is a lower rate for charities and campaigning organisations, when they are using the space for their own events involving supporters, members and staff and with no fees over £20 per head being charged.
Rate C applies to all commercial and public sector organisations, including quangos, and to all events where Rates A and B do not apply.

Exhibition Space rates
The registration area in the lobby can only be hired for display and exhibition space when booking the whole Charity Centre. The Dining Room is not available for this purpose.
