At Charity Centre, we aim to facilitate the smooth running of your event. We lay out the rooms and provide materials to suit your specific requirements. All rooms are well ventilated and have natural light.
You have the choice of rooms listed below:
The Conference Room (Maximum capacity 120)
Located on the first floor, this multi-purpose room provides the
perfect setting for large meetings, lectures and exhibitions. A public
address system with floor and radio microphones is available for a
charge. If further meeting space is required, then the Small Conference
Suite is ideal, as it is linked to the Conference Room.
Delegates have the advantage of their own lift, which opens directly
into the Conference Room, foyer and the Dining Room, providing
excellent disabled access to all floors.
There is ample additional space at the back for display stands.
Small Conference Suite (Maximum capacity 50)
Located on the first floor, this suite consists of two interconnecting rooms (rooms 4 & 5) that provide flexible multi-purpose spaces. Room 5 is ideal for registration, exhibiting or as a break-out room for a small group of 12. The whole suite can also be
used for break-out rooms in conjunction with the Conference Room.
Meeting rooms 1, 2 and 3
Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are located along the same corridor as a disabled toilet, making them excellent for disabled access. In addition, the nearby lift from the ground floor foyer directly opens into the Dining Room.
