Aims

To provide participants with the knowledge and skills needed to create and deploy an Individual Giving Marketing Plan.

For

Anyone responsible for Individual Giving with more than 12 months experience.

Learning Outcomes

- Effectively acquire, retain and develop individual donors exploiting a range of popular communication channels
- Create an individual giving marketing plan including setting appropriate objectives and strategies

Content

- Data management and exploitation
- Targeting the most valuable donors and understanding and meeting their needs and expectations
- Maximising communication channels including Direct Mail, Email, SMS, face to face, telephone, DRTV/radio
- Developing creative and writing copy that gets results
- Planning and managing campaigns Working with in-house departments and maximising third party supplier relationships
- Understanding and using lifetime value models to really understand donor value
