- Managing Volunteers
- Practical Project Management
- Train the Trainer
Content
To gain ILM Endorsement you need to attend and participate in the course and complete some additional assignments and exercises, all based around course content and with tutor support.
You gain six month membership to the ILM which provides access to a range of support and development materials and services and the ILM provides certification on successful completion of the course and related assessments.

Once you have submitted your booking for ILM endorsement, whether or not you have sent payment, you are liable for the whole fee. It is not refundable . Bookings are not transferable to another course date or delegate.
