Aims

To offer women the space, time, environment and tools needed to enhance their confidence and selfesteem, and therefore make a better impact on those they communicate with.

For

Women, specifically who want to reinforce and reaffirm their confidence in relationship building, and enhance effective communications with colleagues and others.

Learning Outcomes

- Understand your own level of self-esteem, confidence and assertiveness
- Appreciate how people are different and how to tackle these differences
- Use an extensive toolkit to improve your assertiveness, whatever stage you are at
- Practice of various assertive techniques using your own situation

Content

- Definition of assertiveness
- Different behaviour: passive, aggressive, manipulative, assertive
- The rights & responsibilities of the assertive person
- Techniques to improve your assertiveness
