Understanding the art of delegation will deliver benefits both to you, those with whom you work and ultimately for your beneficiaries.

Anyone within a managerial or supervisory role interested in learning the skill of delegation to help manage their own workload and develop skills and confidence in others.

A shared discussion and understanding of what delegation is and how to use it effectively for development and the delivery of the required outcomes.

  • Recognising and overcoming the self-made barriers to delegating
  • Delegation as a management style
