One day course
As managers, you probably know what you should be doing in terms of the day-to-day management tasks and responsibilities but then sometimes it still feels like a struggle and your team are not working with you in the way you would want.
Conflict and disagreement are just part of organisational life and are sometimes necessary to move things forward. There is a difference however when low moods and morale prevail and it is not clear why. Research has shown that the manager or leader of a team or organisation, through his or her own emotional approach will impact the general mood. Creating a friendly but effective climate lifts everyone’s spirits and improves performance. People perform better when they feel good.
This course will help you understand emotional intelligence and the positive impact you can make for yourself and your team.
