The workshop will help anyone working, or expecting to work, on projects to understand how they operate, their structure, typical roles, tools and some techniques to use to help keep activities on track for successful delivery.

  • Explain to define, plan, implement, handover and close a project
  • Be able to use a collection of project management tools and techniques
