Thousands of charity shops reopen in England and Wales

Third Sector have reported that Charity shops should expect “very heavy trading” as they reopen in England and Wales, the Charity Retail Association (CRA) has said. The CRA also told shop managers that they no longer needed to isolate and clean new donations, meaning that stock can be displayed and sold more quickly. Read the article here.

 

#RespondRecoverReset survey by NCVO

NCVO are conducting the largest UK study exploring the impact of Covid-19 on the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector. The latest round to the survey is now open until 26 April. Complete the survey here.

 

 

 

 

 

Impact Fund Partners Social Isolation and Loneliness Fund

Impact Funding Partners are inviting applications to the Social Isolation and Loneliness Fund 2021. Funding of up to £1,500 is available to organisations across Scotland to enable them to tackle social isolation, loneliness, wellbeing and the impact of Covid-19 on older people (aged 55+). Central England Co-operative’s Community Dividend Fund
