Hi E-news reader

Are you looking for new ways to refresh your proposal writing? Take a look at our online course:

Proposal Writing Developing your Skills Wednesday 28 April

What it's about: This course moves on from simply writing good fundraising applications to how to make yours really shine and attract the attention needed to guarantee a ‘yes’. You’ll work on your own trust proposals, learning what you may have got wrong and how to improve every aspect of your application. This is a fully hands-on course, not just a list of tips and techniques. Learn in one day everything you need to hugely improve your success rate.

Who it's for: This intermediate level course is for those who have already tried their hand at writing fundraising applications and would like to improve their technique. It is aimed at fundraisers, chief executives and other senior staff who have at least 6 months’ experience of fundraising and need to approach grant makers and funders.

Sign up for Proposal writing Developing your skills here.

‘This guide has proven an invaluable and time-saving resource. We use it both for our initial research on potential corporate partners and to form our final prospect pipeline.’

Samantha Collier, Corporate Partnerships Manager, Thames Valley Air Ambulance

What it's about: How can you maximise your chances of winning corporate support in the UK? You need to know which companies give, why they give, what their criteria are and how to ask in the right way. Offering insight into over 400 companies that collectively contribute around £483 million in the UK in cash donations and in-kind support, The Guide to UK Company Giving helps you to do just that.

Who it's for: Both voluntary organisations seeking support from corporates and companies looking to develop their community giving strategy should own this indispensable guide. Research organisations and individuals investigating UK corporate giving and CSR will also need this key resource.
