DSC aims to provide grant-funded training programmes to ensure the training needs of small and medium-sized organisations are met. The grants we secure enable us to roll out essential subsidised (often free) training across the country.
In 2007 and 2008, DSC successfully ran a Trustee Development Programme aimed at providing new and potential trustees from the black and minority ethnic and the mental health sectors, with the skills and knowledge to be effective trustees.
