Managing Your Task List

Capture, plan, and act with confidence.

Duration: Two hours, usually 13.15-15.30 (including break)

About

In this two-hour session, you will learn how to take tasks out of your head and put them into a simple, reliable system. With many tools at our fingertips, we will focus on using them well so that nothing important is left in your head.

You will learn how to intercept the constant flow of ideas that come to  mind and into your inboxes and bring method to what can feel like a jumble of competing priorities. Managing your task list well helps you keep delivering social change through your role, thereby   protecting time for  your home life.

Who should attend?

Anyone with an overflowing task list who wants to free up mental capacity, stay focused on driving their organisation forward, and support a healthy work life balance.
