Building an AI-Enabled Organisation

Introduce AI safely, build confidence and create a practical plan for organisation-wide adoption.

Course timing: 10.00 to 14.00

Why come?

Introducing AI across an organisation involves more than choosing new tools. Leaders also need to consider governance, risk, cost, culture, skills and how success will be measured.

This course will help you build the confidence to introduce AI in a safe, ethical and manageable way. You will explore how to create a practical roadmap for AI integration, support a shift towards AI-enabled workflows and manage the costs that come with adopting additional technology.

The course will also help you put clear structures in place so that staff understand which tools they can use, how to request new tools and where to go for guidance.

Who should attend?

This course is for senior leaders, trustees, chief executives, heads of department or anyone supporting their organisation as an AI champion.

It is relevant for anyone responsible for shaping how AI is introduced, governed and used across their organisation.
