Nichole is the founder of belonging, equity and equality consultancy, Changez.Life, which focuses on behavioral change via a coaching and co-creation methodology. Nichole has vast experience partnering with businesses, public sector organisations and charities that are seeking to achieve impactful transformation via their diversity, inclusion and belonging. Along with coaching leaders in this space.

Nichole is also a global keynote speaker and has delivered sessions for a huge array of public and professional audiences which focus on belonging, cultivating an inclusive mindset, racism and the uncomfortable truths which surround it. Through her authentic storytelling in a direct, jargon-free tone, Nichole wins over audiences and organisations – encouraging everyone to take responsibility and action for diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Clara Wilcox is a straight-talking, practical and experienced coach helping clients navigate the tricky waters of returning to work, career changes and professional development. The Balance Collective has a social mission, focused on improving the lives of parents, by working together to build inner confidence and promote a healthy work/life balance.

Utilising over 30 years of experience providing consultancy services and programmes in the UK and internationally, Judeline work’s with organisations to develop their people to be the best they can be with a particular emphasis on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion matters.

Judeline is a Lay Panel Member of Employment Tribunals (Discrimination) and was highly commended for her work on EDI by the Institute of Directors coaching C-Suite, Boards, and aspiring leaders through challenging conversations to achieve their personal and business aspirations. Judeline is also chair the Norfolk Race Equality, Human Rights Network and a judge with the Third Sector Awards.

Genny is a specialist trainer in accounting and has 20 years of experience in the charity sector. She qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians, gained the NVQ 3 in Training and Development, and holds the Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance.

Genny is gifted at simplifying the subject of accounts - she uses a unique style of delivery to convey accounting information in a way that makes sense to delegates. Among others, Genny has delivered training for Community Accountancy Self Help, BME Concern, Greenwich Council for Voluntary Services, Opportunities with Experience, and Canterbury University.

Mark Webb, listed for the second year in a row as one of the most influential disabled people in the UK, is a public speaker and campaigner for all things disability and diversity.

He is a Shadow Board Member at Reflect, the UK’s only not-for-profit influencer talent management agency. He recently medically retired as Head of Comms at Shift.ms, the worldwide social network for people impacted by Multiple Sclerosis. He is an ambassador for various brands and a self-confessed social media floozy.

Mark previously held senior comms roles at Dixons Retail plc, David Lloyd Leisure, The Walt Disney Co and Disneyland Paris. He plays Wheelchair Rugby. Really badly.
