We exist to help you help others. Our income goes back into our training offering, books and funding sources to make them all the best they possibly can be for you.
So, we just wanted to say thank you.
Over the holiday period
Staff well-being is a priority over the Christmas break, and to that end, our last day before closing for Christmas will be Thursday 22 December, and we’ll be back at our desks ready to help you on Wednesday 4 January. Any emails or messages sent whilst we are closed will be picked up and replied to in January.
If you have an urgent message, please mark it in the subject as urgent, when sending to [email protected]. We will then prioritise these messages upon our return on Wednesday 4 January.
Printed book orders
Please note for publication orders: We always endeavour to deliver orders within 5 working days. However, due to the coming holidays and possible strike action on 14, 15, 23 and 24 December, we cannot guarantee any orders received after 19 December will arrive before the 24th December. Orders received after 19 December may not arrive until January.
