DSC writes to Chancellor to oppose Charity Commission fees
In advance of the Spring Budget on 8 March, DSC’s Chief Executive Debra Allcock Tyler wrote to the Chancellor Phillip Hammond. In her letter she outlines some of the reasons why charging charities fees for their own regulation is a bad idea, and why the Chancellor should provide adequate funding for the regulator via general taxation.
