At DSC, everything we do is done to help you and those you help and serve.
With that in mind, there are a couple of essential bits of tech maintenance coming next week that will temporarily affect the level of service you are used to from us, increasing our response times by a day or two in some instances.
Tuesday 1 December – DSC website essential maintenance
The IT gurus behind our website need to do some behind the scenes tinkering which will result in the DSC website being down and unavailable to use at some point on the morning of Tuesday 1 December. This will likely be approximately 2 hours or so. We hope it will be up and running again asap that morning. Look out for our tweets that morning to say it’s up and running again :-).
Wednesday 2 December & Thursday 3 December – Customer Services and finance software
We’ll also be moving our internal customer service and finance systems to new servers over these days which will result in some short delays coming back to you on any enquiries you may have regarding orders or invoices.
If you’re ordering books or training or subscribing to Funds Online, you’ll still receive the instant order acknowledgements from each website. But the customer service email with more details will take a day or two longer than usual to come through.
If you have enquiries relating to orders, invoices or accounts etc, we may take a day or two longer to come back to you, depending on what the enquiry relates to.
Our teams are all here for you as usual, but we’ll just take a bit longer on some enquiries for this week.
