Compassionate Leader? Of course I am!
Part of our DSC Bitesize Summer Learning.
Why come?
Myths, perceptions and truths of Compassionate Leadership.
As a leader you want to demonstrate both credible, strong leadership and compassion for those you are leading, but it’s tricky to navigate and you want to ensure you get it right. Compassionate leadership is not about making things easier, it’s about making them human, while still making them happen. This workshop will look at how leaders can balance the need for compassion with the need for results.
Who should attend?
Managers and senior leaders who want to explore the natural tensions within Compassionate Leadership. Those who want to provide clear, directive leadership that also considers the ‘human element’ of difficult decisions, conversations and actions.
