As charities grow the legal and compliance issues multiply. Board and governance support increases in complexity. It is normal practice to delegate responsibility for these functions to a Company or Charity Secretary.
The workshop explores the responsibilities of the company or charity secretary and the legal requirements that underpin the role, including the relationship between the Companies Acts and the Charities Acts and the differing reporting requirements.
