About

Do you lurch from one fundraising campaign to the next, or are you able to step back and take the long view? The idea of developing a fundraising strategy can be intimidating. This course breaks down the process into manageable tasks. Participants will learn about the key elements of developing a fundraising strategy. We will work through the process of auditing the environment in which you’re fundraising and using the results of that audit to develop objectives, choose a strategic direction and pick the most appropriate tactics for your organisation’s fundraising.
