Duration: Three hours, 10.00-13.00.

About

Being productive, using our time effectively and managing our workload is something that nearly all of us struggle with at some point. Whether working internally or with external partners and beneficiaries, navigating different communication channels, dealing with the unforeseen, firefighting – it can all feel overwhelming and stressful, perhaps leaving us feeling like we are losing control.

In this 3 hour session, we will identify and remove some of the barriers to making the most efficient use of our time in order to feel and be more effective. To help sustain yourself and the people you are working with, this course aims to provide some practical strategies to help you feel more in control.
