What will it cover?
We are facing challenging times. Managing yourself and your wellbeing is essential to maintaining a work-life balance. It will also help you develop personal resistance. This session will help you to:
- Distinguish between pressure and stress
- Identify the triggers and symptoms of stress
- Use a range of strategies for maintaining your well-being (including a short introduction to mindfulness)
