Who should sign up?
The workshop will help anyone working, or expecting to work, on projects to understand how they operate, their structure, typical roles, tools and some techniques to use to help keep activities on track for successful delivery.

- Describe the importance of effective project management
- Explain the role of a project manager
- Explain to define, plan, implement, handover and close a project
- Be able to use a collection of project management tools and techniques
