For many of us as trustees right now it can feel quite brutal. Working out how to remain supportive of our staff and volunteers facing soul-destroying challenges, whilst at the same time feeling slightly sick at the realisation that we are the legally accountable body for our charity is really, really tough. Come and hang out with other trustees in the same situation and share how you’re feeling, get tips on how to govern best in these difficult times and basically just offload some of your stress!
No lectures, no shaming, just sharing.
