Finding the connections between personal self-interest and organisational goals will unleash the real power of your charity.

An organisation is only as strong as its people. Getting staff members, volunteers, trustees, funders and service users committed to your mission is vital to any charity’s success. This session will explore the concept of broad self-interest as the most important factor when motivating people. You will understand the positive value of self-interest in charities, learn to identify your own genuine self-interest and that of your colleagues, and how to use this knowledge to get people on board with your organisation’s goals.

Anyone who is responsible for leading people and building relationships with staff, trustees, volunteers, funders or service users will find this course beneficial.
