Create!

Create! uses case studies, practical exercises and questionnaires to identify what's keeping your organisation in the dark ages. And tells you in a no-nonsense way what to do about it.

Is your organisation stale and old fashioned? If you feel your charity still operates in the old cheque book and charity shop mentality, this punchy and easy-to-read book will inspire you to make change happen.

Don’t get left behind while slicker and more forward-looking organisations power ahead.

Who should buy this book?

This is must-read title for managers and trustees, as well as anyone else who wants their organisation to get with the times!

What does it cover?

  • Identify what ‘change’ really means for your organisation, and what needs to happen to achieve it.
  • Examine your key barriers, and how to overcome them.
  • Strengthen your organisation through developing new approaches to old problems.
  • Create a map for the future, and learn how to get started.
