The Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust are accepting applications both in response to the current pandemic but also for projects looking to deliver longer terms results. Applications can be submitted at any time as the Trustees review applications for funding requests up to £50,000 on a monthly basis. However, if you wish to apply for funding of more than £50,000 then your application will be considered at the next bi-annual meeting of Trustees which usually take place around March and September. Applications for the Covid Recovery Programme for Charities & Social Enterprises close next week. This programme allows charities and social enterprises in Northern Ireland that have been negatively affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in the financial year 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 to apply for grants of up to £50,000. The purpose of the funding is to assist charities and social enterprises to emerge and build the foundation necessary to return to a pre-Covid position.
