Details of our closing time over Christmas and re-opening in January.
DSC closing times over the holiday period
Our last day of business for 2021 will be Wednesday 22 December. And we will be back on Tuesday 4 January. Any emails or messages sent during this period will be picked up on our return on 4 January.
You can still place orders online during this period and they will be processed in January – remember, if you purchase digital publications you will have access to those immediately.
Please note that if you purchase a Funds Online subscription with a credit card between these dates, you will get access immediately. If you pay by invoice you will not be able to access the website until our CS team have processed the order from 4 January.
If your query is urgent and you cannot wait until Tuesday 4 January, please email [email protected] clearly marking your email as URGENT in the subject line.
