Book included in the course price: Practical Project Management. A hard copy of this course book will be posted to your preferred delivery address after you have attended your first session. 

Online courses take place via Zoom and include a one hour lunch break as well as brief refreshment breaks.

You will explore the basic aspects of good project management, with a strong focus on practical tools you can use straight away. You will be introduced to core project management approaches, including context analysis, Gantt charts, monitoring, and delegation templates. You will leave the course with the ability and confidence to effectively manage projects.

This course is for people working in charities and voluntary organisations who are new to project management, or who manage projects as part of their role but have not had previous training. It is suitable for beginners and does not assume any prior project management knowledge.
